These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of dgtrick.com and to services provided by DgTrick. By using this website or ordering our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide GoHighLevel setup and management, website development, design, marketing and virtual assistant services. The scope, price and timeline for each project are agreed in writing (for example by email, WhatsApp or Fiverr) before work begins.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed per project. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.
You agree to provide accurate information, the content and access we need (such as account logins), and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may affect delivery dates.
Each project includes the revisions agreed in the scope. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created for you, except third-party tools, plugins, themes, fonts and stock assets, which remain subject to their own licenses.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing or limitations of third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, carriers or hosting providers.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
